• "Incanto del Monferrato" (garden salad, celery, Parmesan, roasted pepper)
• Vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce)

• Carnaroli risotto with courgette flowers and basil
• Agnolotti del plin with roast gravy or butter and sage
• Alternatively: nettle tajarin

Main course

• Veal roast in Barbera wine with vegetables
